We have just few requirements to make everyone's experience the best it can be.
- You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise we charge 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. You must pay for your missed appointment before booking your next appointment
- For best service be on time, remove your hair products, bring examples of what you want, and come with clean hair. Get best results when you wash your hair before your appointment.
We encourage walk-ins and really appreciate you Booking in Advance.

Based on Nevada state guidelines, as of Feb 10, 2022, the statewide mask mandate has been lifted.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing cold or respiratory symptoms such as runny nose, cough, or fever.
